True enough that I erred in my one line where I characterized what Brauhaus Schmitz serves as "German food". Obviously there is plenty of regional variation, and I've edited the review to make it clear that all I was talking about was the kind of food we experienced at the Brauhaus.

The problem with you reviewing food at a beer hall and then making claims about German food is that you know nothing about German food and have only eaten at a German style beer hall. Get a culinary education before reviewing an extremely nuanced and sophisticated and even regional thing called German Food. Why do you think so few chefs have explored it in recent times...?
